RTA partakes in the First Bhutan-Thailand Festival

The first Bhutan โ€“ Thailand Festival was inaugurated today at the Youth Development Multipurpose Hall, Thimphu. It is organized to celebrate friendship and goodwill between the two Kingdoms with common spiritual heritage and shared cultural and traditional values.

The festival showcases exhibitions on developmental cooperation between the two Kingdoms.

Other activities during the festival include cultural performances, food fair of traditional cuisines, exhibition of silk products and agro products from the two countries and Thai Boxing among others.

RTA is representing in exhibiting silk products from Bhutan with live weaving demonstration at RTA’s stall.

The festival is open for public from the 9 to 11 June, 2017.
