The Royal Textile Academy of Bhutan, Thimphu invites sealed quotations from eligible candidates willing to produce a 20 minute video documentary on โ€œLife of a weaverโ€.

The detailed ToR (Terms of Reference) can be collected from the RTA office in Thimphu during office hours (9am-4pm), from January 18- January 25, 2016.

Last date for submission is January 29, 2016 before 4:00 pm. The quotation will be opened on Februaryย 1, 2016 at 2:30 pm.
