Students from Rinchen Kuenphen visited RTA

A total of 196 students from Rinchen Kuenphen Primary School in Thimphu visited RTA on 14 September 2017. All students are currently in fifth standard.

The program was interactive and the students also had the opportunity to experience weaving the weaving centre.

They were provided guided-tours to the exhibition galleries of RTA by the Curators.

It was a part of RTA’s annual education programs organized to educate the students about the importance of preserving the art of weaving.

We thank the Management of Rinchen Kuenphen Primary school for organizing such educative tour or their students.

We hope other schools will also organize similar educative visits to the RTA in future.
