“Moen-Lam” photo exhibition inaugurated at RTA
A photo exhibition, titled ‘Moen-Lam; A Nation Pauses to Pray – A Tribute to the Great Fourth,’ was inaugurated on 11 December 2017 at the Royal Textile Academy in collaboration with Mr. Karma Jigme .
Her Majesty Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck graced the occasion as the Chief Guest.
‘Moen-Lam’ is a nation wide photographic campaign held during the auspicious year 2015, during which the citizens from all 20 districts, from different walks of life paused for a moment from their daily lives, a moment of silence and ‘Moen-Lam’ for a candid portraiture sharing the same ‘Tashi Khadhar’, a symbol of purity, blessed by His Holiness the Je Khenpo.
The exhibition will be open to the public for a period of three months.
