A team from the RTA consisting of Mr. Kuenga Lhendup, Deputy Director, Ms. Karma Deki Tshering, Curator, Ms. Rinzin Dema, Asst. Program Officer and Mr. Kelzang Dorji, Facilities Asst. are in Lhuentse to discuss the establishment of the Wangchuck Heritage Centre with the Lhuentse Dzongkhag Administration.

While in Lhuentse, the team also attended our Royal Patron Her Majesty Gyalyum Sangay Choden Wangchuck’s High Level Advocacy Program in the Dzongkhag to sensitize people on emerging social and health issues. Her Majesty also visited Khoma Village and encouraged the weavers to keep practicing the art and to pass down to their children
